To the Editors of The Crimson:

Why is it so terrible that CARP campaigns on campus but so acceptable for students to campaign for Jesus and give out New Testaments? We dislike the idea of any group's waging "an ideological holy war" of ridicule against any religion as the members of SCROD are so proud to have done. We hope that all Harvard students will show respect to anyone else's deeply held beliefs, even if Yale students do not. Martin Reichel '83   David E. Ruiz '83   Peter N. Smith '83
