Harvard Squash Fails Again

Weekend Roundup

By John Rippey

How'd last weekend's USSRA team nationals in Washington, D.C. work out for Harvard's men's squash squad? "Not so well for me, and not so well for the team," articulated freshman number-one David Boyum, and not many will care to differ with the precocious racket-wielder.

For the second time in two weekends, Princeton played Dick Dastardly to the Crimson's Penelope Pitstop, thwarting Harvard in the semifinals of team competition, 3-2. Boyum, playing in a separate individual tournament, dropped in the round of sixteen to former and future teammate Brad Desaulniers, who is taking time off, 3-0.

The Crimson returns to collegiate competition this Saturday with a home match against Penn.
