HANOVER N H Two Dartmouth students last month proposed the idea of a community service project requirement for graduation at a meeting of the Undergraduate Council.

"The college requires you to take English a foreign language, and physical education" said Peter Kilmarx who proposed the plan. He added "There's no reason why there shouldn't be a requirement for spiritual growth." The Dartmouth reported recently.
