MORGANTOWN, W. Va.--A West Virginia University fraternity was recently suspended and its president and vice-president charged with stealing flowers from a cemeters for a "Funeral for Penn State" party, university officials said.

Dispatch R G Dick of the Monongalia Country Sheriff's Department said Keith David Fox and Gregory J. Kassis, both 21, were charged with destruction of private property and petty larceny
