The University of Pennsylvania basketball team recaptured a share of the first place in the Ivy League last night with a 52-43 victory over Princeton at the Palestra in Philadelphia. Princeton's loss is good news for Harvard fans, as the hoopsters stand third in the league, their only losses coming from the Tigers and Quakers two weeks ago.
Both Princeton and Penn will visit the IAB this weekend for 7:30 contests. The Quakers, the defending league champions and favored to repeat this season, suffered their only Ivy loss at Princeton earlier in the year. Harvard has never won the Ivy title.
