In exhibition play last Saturday, Harvard's ultimate frisbee team lost close matches to two nationally ranked clubs--the Hostages and the Aerodisc--but managed to defeat an inspired Yale squad before a small crowd of frisbee fanatics and pre-game tailgate partiers.
The Crimson lost its first contest of the day, 15-9, to the highly rated Hostages, but bounced back behind the play of senior captain Jon Epstein and junior David Gesner to defeat Yale, 15-9. In its final match. Harvard lost in overtime to last year's national runner-up champions, the Boston Aerodise.
