College Primer

By Compiled FROM College newspapers

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--Ten Brown University students have formed a course to produce a book about university life, called "The College Primer."

University officials accredited the class, guest speakers discussed various literary subjects, and the participants have a 200-page manuscript they are now editing.

The book is organized alphabetically, so "A" is for anorexia and anatomy lab, "B" is for boredom and beauty, "C" is for cheating and creativity, and "D" is for drugs, drop-outs and dreams.

The students have now decided to open the book to student writers from across the country and are soliciting essays about college life from other universities.
