Hart Nabs Third In 10,000 Meters

Harvard senior Ellen Hart ran to a third-place finish Sunday in the Women's National AAU 10,000-Meter Roadracing Championship in Albany, N.Y.

Competing for only the second time at 10,000 meters. Hart clocked a 33:40, 14 seconds behind front-runner Dana Slater of New York City. Judy St. Hilaire of the Liberty Athletic Club slipped into second.
