A 30-minute memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today in Memorial Church's Appleton Chapel for Joe Ray Stetson '74-4, who died in February in an airplane crash in Dover, N.Y.
Members of Quincy House are sponsoring the service. Rev. Peter J. Gomes, minister in Memorial Church, will preside. Other speakers will be Marshall R. Pihl, Quincy House senior tutor; Charles W. Dunn, Quincy House master; and Phyllis F. Markowitz, counselor in the Bureau of Study Counsel, where Stetson was also a counselor before his death.
The service is open to all who wish to attend.
