Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Four males attacked a freshman student at 1:05 a.m. yesterday between Thayer and Holworthy Halls.
Lieut Frank Shannon University police, said that they apprehended two adults and two juveniles at Broadway and Quincy streets shortly after the incident, and charged them with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
"These guys started following me and my friend after we entered Johnston Gate," said the student, who wished to remain anonymous. He added that his friend ran away and that the assailants began saying, "We're going to beat you up."
After kicking and punching the student, the attackers fled without stealing anything. The student, who was unhurt, then called the police to report the incident.
The victim said he and his friend plan to press charges.
