Juniors Gia Johnson (right) and Sue St. Louis (left) were voted captains of next year's women's soccer team succeeding Stefi Baum, Julie Brynteson and Ellen Hart.
Both Johnson and St. Louis were instrumental in leading this year's squad to a first place tie in the Eastern Championship and an undisputed Ivy League title.
At center forward, St. Louis led the team in scoring for the third year in a row. Johnson provided the bulwark of the defense at left halfback.
Most Improved Player award went to sophomore Ellen "Sprout" Jacovic at the striker position.
Only six members of this year's squad will graduate, and the booters are sure to continue their reign of Eastern soccer.
