JERUSALEM, Israel--Prime Minister Menachem Begin asked the Israeli Parliament, or Knesset, yesterday to accept in full the Israeli-Egyptian accords resulting from the Camp David summit.

In his hour-long speech, Begin asked Knesset members to agree to dismantle the Jewish settlements in the Sinai and to accept a peace agreement with Egypt, or "everything agreed upon at Camp David will be nullified."

In the same speech, Begin said he stands by his statement that the summit agreements commit Israel only to a three-month freeze on settlement buildings in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

Shimon Peres, leader of the opposition, agreed to support the accords, and Begin is expected to receive the 90 to 100 votes from the 120-member Knesset that he needs for ratification.
