Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
A group of Adams House students is currently polling residents of the house on their opinion of the proposed Core Curriculum in an effort to get a comprehensive student response to the curriculum.
"There has been insufficient student input." Michael Tierney '80 said yesterday. "Eventually perhaps all the Houses will conduct polls so that we may obtain more comprehensive results than those obtained in a poll conducted by The Crimson two weeks ago," Tierney added.
The results of the Crimson poll are probably representative of the student body, Boylan said, adding that unless the poll were more detailed it would not reflect any new feelings of the students.
Ross D. Boylan '81, member of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Core Curriculum, said yesterday that the poll probably wouldn't change anything. "The Faculty has a tendency to ignore almost anything," Boylan said.
