The Freshman Dean's office will sponsor a national college conference this week on helping freshmen adjust to college life, Henry C. Moses, dean of freshmen, said Friday.

Administrators from 37 universities and colleges will attend the conference on Thursday and Friday.

Representatives to the conference will primarily discuss freshman orientation, academic advising and residential advising.

Moses said Harvard wants to "compare notes" with other colleges, but he does not know whether the conference will result in changes in Harvard freshman programs.
