Members of the University community who disagree with the recent report of the Advisory Committee on Shareholder Responsibility (ACSR) will have a chance to criticize the report tonight at the Corporation's open hearing on South African investment.
Two of the seven Corporation members will be present when the three-hour meeting begins at 7:30 in Emerson 105 and President Bok has said he may attend later in the evening. Last week campus groups asked the other Corporation members to attend but the request was denied.
The Corporation is scheduled to decide on a South African investment policy by April 24, and is currently considering the ACSR report.
