Dean Fox has compiled a list of 13 to 15 possible candidates for master of Dunster House, John T. Day, senior tutor in the House, said last week.

Dunster co-masters James Vorenberg '49 and Elizabeth Vorenberg have resigned and will leave their posts at the end of this semester.

Fox composed the list on the basis of the advice of Dean Rosovsky, President Horner and Glen W. Bowersock '57, associate dean of the Faculty; two meetings with the Dunster House Committee; and written responses to letters to Dunster House Faculty associates, Day said.

House masters are appointed by President Bok and must be tenured Faculty members, he added.

The next step in the selection process will be to narrow the list of candidatesto three or four and offer them the post officially, Paul C. Levin '79, Dunster House Committee co-president, said last week. The committee will meet Wednesday and send a letter to President Bok describing the type of master they would like the House to have, Levin added.
