By Harry Litman

The final round of the Jessup Moot Court Competition will take place tomorrow night from 8 to 10 p.m. in the Ames Courtroom of Austin Hall at the Law School.

The competition will be judged by Phillip Jessup, former member of the International Court of Justice; Herbert Hansell, legal advisor to the United States State Department and Richard R. Baxter '34, Hudson Professor of Law and editor-in-chief of the American Journal of International Law.

The case before the moot court will concern the legality of a hypothetical secession of a region from a state.
