Robert Wiley '78, president of the Harvard Republican Club, submitted his resignation to the Club's executive board Saturday night, The Crimson learned last night.
Wiley's resignation culminates two months of fighting within the club that began with contested election results and continued Saturday at the state convention of college Republican clubs.
Wiley told The Crimson he resigned for "personal reasons."
