The Hasty Pudding Theatrical Society last week chose Diane Nabatoff '78 as the first woman co-producer of the group's musical show for next year.
Peter Lombard '78 will be the other co-producer of the Pudding's 130th annual show.
Nabatoff said yesterday she is very excited about her appointment, and added "it's about time that a woman was given the post."
Barry Sloane '77, a co-producer of this year's show, said yesterday the Society chose Lombard and Nabatoff because they are "the two most capable people on the job."
Nabatoff said she has not yet made plans for the production. She added, however, that the cast will remain all-male to retain the show's unique appeal.
