The Philip Brooks House (PBH) Faculty Committee recently named an office in PBH for Charles P. Whitlock, associate dean of the Faculty for special projects, in honor of his resignation from the committee after 17 years of service.

The committee held a reception in the PBH parlor room yesterday afternoon for Whitlock. Rev. Peter J. Gomes, chairman of the committee, said at the reception, "It is fitting that this office is named for Dean Whitlock because it is at the heart of the work that is done here."
