8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
To the Editors of The Crimson:
Dean Rosovsky's reported overtures to Henry Kissinger reveal a lot about the substance of the Dean's much publicized commitment to improved general education.
Kissinger's policies and actions have been responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Asians and Americans. as well as the destruction of the social fabric of entire nations, especially Cambodia. Not since the era of Nazi Germany has a great power behaved so immorally.
None of this can be news to Dean Rosovsky.
"They made a desert and they called it peace." Instead of pontificating about the necessity of a renewed emphasis on humanistic, morally aware education, Dean Rosovsky might be better advised to read and reflect upon the actual teachings of the traditions he pretends to represent. Henry Fetter '71
