Kissinger Wins

By George K. Sweetnam

Dean Rosovsky, who is senior vice president of the American Jewish Congress, presented a scroll Sunday to Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger '50 as a citation from the congress.

The scroll calls Kissinger a man who dreams that nations will overcome their differences and find peace.

Kissinger received the scroll, as well as a Jerusalem Bible, before addressing a Washington convention of the congress.

Rosovsky, who is a personal friend of Kissinger, declined to comment yesterday on the presentation, except to say, "It had nothing to do with Harvard."
