Former Harvard greats Peter Briggs and Victor Niederhoffer head an international field of professional and amateur squash players appearing at Harvard's Hemenway Gymnasium this weekend in the 1976 Boston Open Squash Tournament.

Also appearing in the friday through Sunday tourney will be Harvard freshman Mike DeSaulniers, who at age 19 has already established himself as a world-class competitor.

The tournament, which offers over $8000 in prize money, will begin tomorrow night at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $5.00 for students and juniors (under 15) to a top price of $7.00 for Sunday's finals.

Saturday play is from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
