Agents arrested Hearst and Wendy Yoshimura in an apartment in Mission Hill an hour later.
U.S. Magistrate Owen Woodruff arraigned Hearst in federal court on charges of bank robbery and federal weapons violations.
Assistant District Attorney John Howard said that Hearst and the Harrises will be brought to Los Angeles for arraignment on state charges, including kidnapping and robbery.
The court set bail for the three and Yoshimura will be turned over to Alameda Country authorities where she faces charges of illegal possession of explosives.
