The National Labor Relations Board hearings over whether clerical and technical personnel in the Medical Area should be allowed to hold a union-forming election have slowed to a temporary halt. The hearings, which have been going on and off since mid-March, were postponed yesterday until June 3 by NLRB hearing officer Sal Diclerro.
