Phil Chenier's 27 points and Elvin Hayer 21 led the Washington Bullets to an easy 119-108 victory over the Boston Celties last night in the fourth game of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs. The Bullets win gave them a 3-1 series advantage going into Friday night's fifth game at Boston.
