The Faculty's budget for next year is in the final stages of preparation. Robert E. Kaufmann '62, assistant dean of the Faculty for financial affairs, said this week he will probably have the budget ready for submission to the Corporation in about a week, and that he will project a deficit in the neighborhood of $1.7 million.
