New Restaurants to Open in Square

By Anne Strassner

Two restaurants will open in the Square in the buildings formerly occupied by As You Like It, destroyed by fire, and La Crepe, which went out of business.

Charley Chaprales, co-manager of One Potato, Two Potato, the restaurant and lounge which will open February in the 1274 Mass. Ave. space vacated by La Crepe, said yesterday that the previous restaurant went bankrupt as a result of poor management.

Chaprales said he expects to do as well as did the Toga, the restaurant they operated for twenty-five years at the same location before La Crepe moved in.

Yenching, a Chinese restaurant, opens today in the building occupied by As You Like It.
