Twelve newly elected members of Congress will attend an Institute of Politics briefing program next week, the Institute announced yesterday.
The program will brief the members elect on Congressional procedure and on current issues, Institute Director Jonathan Moore said.
The Congressmen invited by the Institute are Les AuCoin (D-Ore.), David F. Emery (R-Me.), James J. Florio (D-N.J.), Harold Ford (D-Tenn.), Carroll Hubbard (D-Ky.), and Robert W. Kasten Jr. (R-Wis.).
Also Martha Keys (D-Kan.), Robert Krueger (D-Tex.), Norman Mineta (D-Calif.), Gary A. Myers (R-Pa.), Larry L. Pressler (R-S.D.) and James D. Santini (D-Nev.).
