The three judges considering the case of the Pappas liquor distributing company, the Avenue Liquor Mart and the Harvard Provision Co. against the United Farm Workers and the Harvard Boycott Support Committee this week scheduled the case's first hearing date--January 6.

Meanwhile, picketing at Harvard Pro and Avenue Liquor Mart--in protest of their sale of Gallo wine--continues until the judges rule.
