Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Listed here are 25 Cambridge residential units and four other properties owned by Harvard and rented to various faculty members. The assessment and tax figures are taken from records in the Cambridge Assessor's Office and went into effect in the year noted.
Cambridge assessments generally are calculated at 40 per cent of market value, though some variation from that figure is possible. Thus a property (house and land) assessed at $30,000 was worth approximately $75,000 in the year it was assessed.
