Bob McManama, star of coach Bill Cleary's Local Line, played a major role in the United States's come-from-behind tie with Yugoslavia in the Group B World Hockey Tournament.

With the United States trailing 4-0, McManama scored with 32 seconds left in the first period to bring the Americans to within three.

He added another goal with 8:19 gone in the second stanza, narrowing the score to 4-2.

McManama was an all-Ivy and all-American selection this season.

The tournament is being played in Graz, Austria.
