WHRB elected the first woman station manager in its 25-year history Tuesday night.

Laura Roberts '74 ran unopposed for the office. "My election was expected," she said yesterday, "but only a few years ago women weren't given any responsibility at the station."

As station manager, Roberts is in charge of the daily operation of WHRB, while the station's president, Robert Goldfarb '73, who was re-elected Tuesday night, oversees general administration and business affairs.
