To the Editors of The Crimson:

I should like to urge that all persons who are opposed to this hideous bombing, specifically including all members of Congress, simply stay away from all inauguration festivities.

If the President could ride to the Capitol through empty streets, perhaps he might realize that he has not received a mandate from the country for vengeful mass murder which does not spare children and the sick in hospitals.
