Five Harvard seniors are among the 32 Rhodes Scholars announced yesterday by the United States Rhodes Scholarship Committee. They are:

Valenzuela '73 of Adams House and Phoenix, Artz.; and Wendell L. Willkie 11 '73 of Dunster House and Wayzatta, Minn.

Harvard tied with Yale for the largest number of scholarships in the country, but one of Yale's Scholars came from the Yale Law School. The Scholars, who still must be ratified by the Rhodes Trustees will be given grants for two years of study at Oxford.
