Harvard's 7-2 destruction of Dartmouth, along with losses by Bridgeport and Brown, has vaulted the Crimson into first place in the New England intercollegiate soccer ratings for the first time this year.

Bridgeport, which had been in the top spot since the start of the season, lost to Long Island University, 1-0, for its second loss of the season. Last week they lost to a strong Hartwick team, 2-0. Brown failed to move into the area lead when it lost, 2-1, to Army Saturday.
