George McGovern triumphed over Richard Nixon by a whopping 82," per cent in a presidential poll of Law School students Monday.
Of the 844 students who voted. Nixon captured 131 ballots or 15.5 per cent, while McGovern received 698 votes. Fifteen votes went to other candidates.
The poll also showed that 5" per cent of those polled had contributed to the McGovern campaign and 36 per cent had spent some time working for him. Only 11 per cent had supported Nixon financially, while 24 per cent had worked for him.
