'Cliffe to Represent Boston In Upcoming Squash Meet

Wellesley to comprise a five-member collegiate team representing the Boston area.

Perla Hewes, squash instructor at Radcliffe, has been selected to play as a member of the non-collegiate Boston "A" team.

Joining the Boston district in the competition are "A", "B" and "C" teams from Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore and Canada. Yale, Trinity, Princeton and Vassar will be fielding collegiate squads along with the Boston team.

Players are chosen by their respective districts through a series of local eliminations consisting of round-robin matches.

The Radcliffe squash team will help to represent Boston in the Howe Cup, a women's squash racquets tournament dated for January 29 and 30 at the New Haven, Conn. Lawn Club.
