To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

The CRIMSON is wrong to include me among those who object to the recommendations of the Committee on the Status of Women. What I said to the reporter who called me is that of course I am in favor of the report and the purposes of the recommendations but that I see questions on the specific formulations that will be raised and that members of the Committee will want to answer. Since the Committee members are perfectly well aware of what the questions are, they will no doubt raise them themselves at the start in order to answer them, in which case as far as I can see there will be no need for a long debate; I have yet to find anyone who objects to what they are trying to accomplish.
