Adams House Voters Accept Peace Treaty

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Following the lead of Dunster House, Adams House has voted by a House-wide referendum concluded last night to endorse the "People's Treaty."

Approximately half the residents of Adams House cast ball?? with 159 endorsing and 12 refusing to endorse the treaty, which calls on the U.S. to immediately withdraw all American troops from South Vietnam and to publicly set a date at which time the withdrawal will be completed.

According to House chairman Reno Mirarchi, the Adams House group which asked for the referendum is particularly interested in implementing the part of the treaty which would bind its endorsers to become involved in antiwar action.
