With the further widening of the war in the invasion of Laos and the greatly increased bombing, many individuals have asked what they could do to withdraw their support from the war. Some individuals have chosen to follow the guide of their individual conscience in withholding taxes. Enclosed is a letter I recently sent to the Internal Revenue Service.
