In his expose of the American businessman in Vietnam, in your issue of January 8th, Mr. Branfman writes: "It can be quite lucrative. A yearly contract of $2 million for the milk, for example, brought in $60,000 to his firm annually, over a four year period."
Lucrative? $60,000 on $2 million business is a return of three per cent. You can do almost twice better in a savings bank in Harvard Square.
