The eight members of the Flower City Conspiracy were convicted and sentenced yesterday on all six counts in Federal Court in Rochester, N. Y.
The eight were charged with hindering the Selective Service system, damaging FBI and Selective Service property, removing files of the Selective Service and U. S. Attorney, and breaking and entering.
Judge Harold Burke sentenced Ted Glick and Joe Gilchrist to two to three years: Suzi Williams, De Courcy Squire, Wayse Bonekemper, and Joan Nicholson to 20 to 30 months: and Jane Meyerding and Frank Callahan to 17 to 22 months.
The charges carried a maximum sentence of 38 years, but the jury recommended leniency on each of the 48 counts. Joe Gilchrist, the only Conspiracy member to be represented by legal counsel, will appeal.
