Cox Named to Serve On Governance Group

Archibald Cox, Samuel Williston Professor of Law, will serve on the new University Committee on Governance.

Paul Bator, professor of Law, and Robert C. Holmes, a second-year law student, were also appointed to the committee this week, completing the Faculty and student appointments. Maurice Lazarus, a Boston businessman, will represent the Associated Harvard Alumni.

The committee, which will meet for the first time on October 6, was created by the Board of Overseers to recommend changes in University decision-making.
