When Harvard's undefeated football squad arrives at practice next fall, it will find two new coaches and two old coaches in new positions.
Head Coach John Yovicsin will still be here, masterminding the plans for a possible second consecutive undefeated season. However, he will have new offensive and defensive end coaches.
Richard Lasse, athletic director and head football coach at Curry College, will become offensive end coach. A former Patriot and Syracuse star, Lasse will replace Thomas G. Stephens, a former Curry College coach and Patriot. Stephens will move into the offensive backfield to fill the vacancy left by Pat Stark, who has accept the head coaching job at the University of Rochester.

Emerson J. Dickie, freshman football coach at Boston College for ten years, has been named as defensive end coach. He will replace Thomas F. Stephenson 64. Stephenson coached the defensive ends in his spare time; he plans to graduate from the Harvard Law School this spring.
Besides shifting Stephens to his new position. Yovicsin has moved Robert Yates from his post as assistant to freshman coach Henry N. Lamar, to the vacant spot left by Serafino D. Fazio. Fazio has decided to join the football staff of his alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh.
Yovicsin still has to fill the position left vacant by Yates. Coaches Loyal K. Park, Ralph A. Jelic, James J. Feula, and Lamar will remain in their positions.
