Freshmen who want to learn more about African history can now join an informal non-credit freshman seminar.
John Humphreys, a freshman proctor, is offering a seminar on "Africa Since 1800." He said that he wants to keep the seminar somewhat unstructured so that each seminar member can follow his individual interests in Africa. The seminar will emphasize extensive discussion and a light reading load.
