A Superior Court Justice yesterday agreed in principle to dismiss the trespass charges against 105 persons accused of occupying University Hall last April.

Justice Robert Sullivan continued without a finding for six months the cases of those defendants who were able to come to court yesterday. He is expected to grant similar continuance to the rest of the 105 when they appear before him next week.

Sullivan acted one day after a Middle sex County jury found 19 persons, similarly accused, not guilty.
