Hoffmann to Resign

Stanley H. Hoffmann, professor of Government, will resign his chairmanship of the Social Studies Department next year in order to resume a full teaching load.

Michael L. Waltzer, associate professor of Government, will be the new head of the department.

The changes were announced Tuesday night at a meeting of prospective concentrators in Social Studies.
