Vesper Boat Club of Philadelphia, which will provide Harvard's main competition for the Olympic trials this summer, will race Northeastern on the Charles at 5:00 p.m. today. Northeastern, strong again this year, gave the Crimson its biggest scare last spring, and the outcome of this race will indicate much for the Crimson heavyweights' prospects in 1968.
