With one race still remaining, the Radcliffe Ski Team has already clinched first place in the Women's Intercollegiate Ski Conference.
Combining both strength and depth, the Cliffies have won three of their last four meets behind the consistently excellent skiing of Ginny Storrs. Ellie Waterston, and Robin McLane.
Two weeks ago in the Fifth Annual Radcliffe Giant Slalom. Miss Storrs and Miss McLane took second and third places respectively to lead the team to its second victory of the season.
The next weekend at Killington, Vt., Miss Waterston and Miss Storrs swept one-two in the giant slalom Saturday as five Radcliffe girls placed in the top ten positions. On Sunday, Miss Waterston and Miss Storrs switched positions in the slalom while again a host of Cliffies placed high.
The last conference race will be held Saturday at Cranmore, N.H., and the final race of the season will be a challenge meet at Middlebury, Vt. later this month.
